I read The Ice Swan a few years ago by J'Nell Ciesielski so I was excited to read another book by her!  I couldn't put The Winged Tiara down!  Part whirlwind jewel heist in various European cities and part romance, the action never stopped!  The introduction of Esme and Jasper's relationship only adds to the tension between the two, which is also later fueled by the competitiveness as they try to track down the famed tiara.  I absolutely loved The Winged Tiara and recommend it if you are a fan of heist novels with romantic tension!
