Stay Sweet
by Siobhan Vivian
such a fun summer read that is filled with a great mixture of things but most of all full of love for ice cream and strong women of all generations!
for me it was also one of those “perfect timing” moment for this book!
i love how this book can basically be read in two ways. either you just want to enjoy a fun summer filled romance with ice cream and friendships and that’s what this book can be for you.
or it can be willed with messages about life while also be a fun book to read at the same time.
it’s funny how sometimes the most easy contemporaries touch on the harder life lessons, isn’t it?
i really enjoyed how this book showed how sometimes expectations and dreams can’t be met but that doesn’t necessary mean it’s a bad thing sometimes that’s exactly what needed to happen to find the right path for you and what you really need.
i loved how this book discussed figuring out who you are and what that means and that what other people see or believe about you doesn’t have to mean anything at all if you don’t what to!
it was also just a general great mixture of different characters.
the writing is super easy but not simplified, which makes it a quick read but not a forgettable one.
all in all!
defiantly a reread book for me and one that completely surprised me with how much i enjoyed it!
defiantly recommend!
