after a career ending injury took mike out of his baseball career, he turned to pills and alcohol. he ran from everything, his career, his life and his marriage. now years later he finds himself back in the town that he left it all behind earlier.

back in town, Mike finds his way back to himself as well as his love of baseball and his husband. these two have such a complicated history that we got a look in to but I wish that we got a bit more of it in the beginning. I really liked hunter as well.
