Burned
by Karen Marie Moning
Honestly, I almost did not finish this book. Somewhere about 15% in (kindle reader) I was ready to give up and thought the magic that Karen Marie Moning had weaved in Dublin in the first five books of this series was gone forever. But I really loved those first five books and I was driven to find out what happened to Dani.
And then somewhere around 30-40% my mind became blown!
It takes awhile to get into but when you are sunk into this book, you have no regrets until you get to that abrupt end that had me screaming out for more.
There are many unexpected twists, and revelations, along with new relationships and feisty verbal battles that will cause grammar nazis the world over to orgasm.
All in all I am elated i did not put this one down and kept pushing until it sunk its claws deep into my soul until I could do nothing but read to a surprising twisty end.
Wordy yes but well worth it.
