A very quick morning read, finished in less than 2 hours. Let me just quickly say that despite my low rating, this wasn't BAD. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good nor was it memorable. It can be a very quick read but you'll probably look at the book the next day and think "How did the plot for this go again?"
The dancing around the mask also got repetitive quite fast, where the MMC will kinda agree to show his face and ends up not doing it. I think there were quite a few areas that could have been fleshed out more, like our two main characters as a whole, our FMC's relationship with Mari, Feyre's character, etc. Maybe they wanted to keep it a short novella but personally, I felt that was a wasted potential.
The ending was very lackluster. Like once the MMC's face was revealed, everything went bland. Overall, an okay read, one I would only recommend if you're into the masked men trope and if you're looking for a spicy short read.
