I'd only read Hibbert's Brown Sisters series and they are more contemporary women's fic romance stories with some steam, whereas this was what I would categorize as a fully fledged steamy romance. I enjoyed the friends to lovers story, where Jasmine and Rahul hooked up once in college but then decided just to be friends since she doesn't date and doesn't fool around with friends. However, he's loved her forever and she has feelings too, though she's fighting them. When she suddenly needs a place to stay, she moves in with him and things get complicated.
