This book has a few layers,long, but yet fast paced, but still took a long time. It is part of a 4 book series. I enjoyed the plot and the back story of the immortals. Unique, but the theft is so wrong. It was heart breaking and sad at times, and exciting and made me mad at others. I think David is lousy at covering is tracks and makes too many rash decisions. And so selfish despite, him trying to not be. The cabin scene was uncalled for. Great book, well written, if you have the time I so recommend reading. Check out my Youtube channel for more discussion.
