I would like to start this review off with the fact that there was no mention of religion being in this book and I had to find out through other reviewers. I probably would have passed on this book if I had known this information ahead of time.

Minor spoiler, just for a scene nothing related to the plot.

Now the reason I dnfed? The main character described herself as “cello shaped”. There is an entire scene where the fmc and a side character pretty much shame her for being slightly bigger. It was just so hard to read and so gross that it turned me completely off of the book.

This book is definitely made for a group of readers but unfortunately I am not one of them.
