I really enjoyed River Marked. I would say that it was a little slow starting (action wise), but there was that whole wedding thing going on. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad Adam and Mercy finally tied the knot and all, I just REALLY enjoyed the other things going on in this book.

It was a nice change of pace to have this book be about, Mercy and her heritage. I have been waiting to find out more about walkers since like book one!! What I did find out in River Marked did not disappoint. And Coyote....he might just be one of my new favorite characters in this series! His connection to Mercy was a little strange at first, but I quickly got used to it.

I feel like this series is coming to a quick end, which is a little sad, but honestly probably for the best because I can't imagine how much more trouble even Mercy Thompson can get into.
