The craziest thing about this book is that for a solid 75 percent of reading this, I was genuinely having a good time. Then the third act came and WOOSH, everything goes to shit. A good enemies-to-lovers book that is ACTUALLY enemies to lovers (as opposed to rivals-to-lovers, mild dislike-to-lovers,  and my most hated deception, misunderstanding-to-lovers) is so hard to come by. And Twisted Hate really delivers on the premise of tension-filled scenes and witty dialogue. It was so great! But that third act? It was a little much for me and made the hero a little unredeemable in my eyes. Others obviously might not have a problem with it, but it soured my experience and dropped this from being a 4/4.5 read to a 2 star. So disappointing.
