tshepiso 's review for:
Adventures of the Super Sons Vol. 2: Little Monsters
by Carlo Barberi, Peter J. Tomasi, Scott Godlewski
The second installment was a solid end to this limited series. The first few issues were a fun tension-filled jailbreak and seeing the Gang and especially Rex Luthor finally taken down was entertaining.
Overall, I think this series was a bit too long-winded, this story definitely could have been told in less than 12 issues. But if you're looking for an action-filled, low-stakes adventure story you can't go wrong here. There were some fun new characters I wouldn't mind seeing again like Joker Jr. and Al-X that I would love to see in more Super Sons stories.
