Quick Synopsis:
Seven years ago, a ship filming a mockumentary about mermaids in the Mariana Trench went missing. When the boat is finally found, all the crew is missing. The footage shows proof of mermaids, but many believe it's a hoax. Now, a new film crew and scientists return to discover the truth behind the footage. One of the scientists is a young woman whose sister went missing on the first voyage. She is determined to prove that mermaids are accurate and that they killed her sister. 

I started loving this, and eventually, I couldn't wait for it to end. The story was original and well-written but got bogged down with detail. It was WAY too long, and I felt it was very repetitive. The ending felt rushed. There was all this buildup, and then it was over so quickly. Also, the little bit of romance felt forced and, in my opinion, was unnecessary.
