This book was written so beautifully! Every scene is expanded upon to fully pull you into the world, starting from page ONE.

I love a good creation myth in a fantasy series and to start this off with what is obviously going to have a major impact going forward in the series? Plus a multi-page glossary? This book knew its way to my heart. 

Raeve is such a fascinating FMC - stabby and angry in all the best ways, I was glued to this book trying to figure everything out as she did.

Kaan Vaegor - what a man! His absolute devotion is peak fantasy MMC and I am so interested to see what will come next.

This book did such an amazing job of setting up the world for future books and I, personally, can’t wait to read the sequel!
