This was a lot of fun. The story was clearly written to please the fans, featuring two Doctors (plus the human Doctor) and the return of Rose, and as a fan I very much enjoyed it. 

In all honesty though the plot did not really make sense, relying far too much on plot conveniences and handwaving explanations. It's a shame because otherwise I did have a good time with this book.
