This is more a 3.5 than a full 4.

I struggled to get into this, but I feel that's because I've already read a book this month about book jumping that really stole my heart. So I couldn't help but draw comparisons.

Owen's character frustrated me, but I enjoyed all the other characters. And by the end I was thoroughly enjoying the story.

Unsure if I will pick up the sequel. But it is an enjoyable story.
