I actually give this one a 3.5 because I liked it MUCH better than the first. She filled in a lot of missing details from book one, but still left me at times wondering why there seemed to be no actual plot. It's almost as if she wrote one huge Blue Bloods book and just chopped it into pieces to publish over a long period of time.
I really don't have much else to say.
