One of the better volumes in awhile.

Black Flash has returned to get rid of all these OTHER force users. He's tired of strength and all that mumble jumbo shit so he's on the hunt. Barry being Barry doesn't want to let anyone die, even assholes and villains. So he does his best to stop the Black Flash but it's nearly impossible. Guess who makes his grand appearance? HUNTER ZOLOMON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This volume is actually pretty solid. First half has art that is really good and some great fight scenes. Barry doesn't feel so sappy this volume either. I loved the Hunter Zolomon intro and his part of the overall story is solid. The rogue stuff is such a afterthought relating to the fucking shitty villain of the year or whatever storyline, who gives a shit. Also, the art flips to the other artist who's on flash and man oh man is his faces weird. iris hair looks like she got shocked every time.

Overall, this was a pretty solid volume. I actually enjoyed reading flash again. 3.5 out of 5.
