This book grew on me. At first I didn’t like Sabine, Bastien, or Jules but again, they grew on me.
The world building here is done in a great way, slowly, steadily, but not at all obtrusively. The characters are strong, details are many, but not overwhelming.
I do like Aisleen and liked her story. I wish we got a little more of bastien.
I’m eagerly waiting the second book.
