Ben
by Cora Rose
I've heard this is one of Cora's spiciest books yet and y'all weren't wrong. These guys have explosive chemistry, low angst, and Cora's trademark fun moments.
Ben is tired of living his life by the rules and starts up a physical relationship with both of his dad's best friends. He dreams of the day they can all be together, while terrified of it at the same time. When they find out about the other, Ben's big dreams might just come true or come crashing down.
This was an entertaining read, but it was mostly spice. Nothing wrong with that, there just wasn't much going on outside of it. I was really invested at the beginning because Ben starts his relationships with the guys separately, and there's the whole "when will they find out" tension. Once that happened it was mostly spicy fun times. I loved Ford and Cash's protective nature and their friendship. I think the dynamic worked so well because they were best friends before and started toeing that line themselves. With Ben in the mix, everything worked seamlessly and fell together very naturally.
I definitely recommend for a short, fun, spicy read, and also if you want to visit with some of the recent characters in this series. We get the crazy ladies at the nursing home, Lex and Emery, Angel and his mafia dad and were introduce to new characters like Tatum. Hopefully we get some good upcoming stories!
