Oh Sanderson I don't know how you did it again. I was skeptical about returning to the Mistborn world because I knew I would no longer see it through Vin's eyes. And I'm no gonna lie I'm still damaged from the end of the Hero Of Ages. I should have known Brandon Sanderson would make me fall in love all over again.

The world of Mistborn is always such a treat and will always be one of my favourites. I loved the introduction of twinborns and the fact that the characters had only one or two powers made what they could do much easier to follow unlike Vin and Kelsier who could do all the Allomancy. The world is industrializing for sure so it feels like a warped modern history retelling.

Now I absolutely loved Vin and Elend. I was definitely skeptical about falling for a different set of characters. Enter Wax and Marasi. I absolutely love these two, separately and together! (I totally ship it! It needs to happen) Wax isn't perfect and that's what I love about him. He's got a darker past and a rough demeanor. Marasi is my new idol. I just love her and want to embody her. I love the way she's smart and brave, but not a Katniss type character.

I'm so pumped to see where this goes. I'm over the moon with where this is going and that Brandon Sanderson chose to continue writing in this stunningly phenomenal world.
