Winnie: The True Story of the Bear Who Inspired Winnie-the-Pooh by Jonathan D. Voss, Sally M. Walker
5.0
A wonderful true story of how Winnie the Pooh came to be. It was all at the hands of a military vet named Harry Colebourn. The story and illustrations are great, but the best part is the real pictures on the inside covers. Selected for Illinois Reads 2016.
