I wanted to love this book so much, I really did. I loved the first one, I had great expectations for this one but, alas, this wasn’t it for me. I understand why this book was necessary, I understand it’s a transition to the grand finale but it was so excruciatingly BORING until I reached the 80% mark.
The only relief was Bo and after he died it really became very flat until the last big fight... I think a lot of the scenes in this book could have been skipped... especially the constant fights between Wren and Lei but oh well, it’s still a good book, just not as awesome as I wanted it to be.
