This novella was atmospheric af, full of good representation, and thoroughly enjoyable. My only little thing was that the actual mystery/plot of the story was fairly predictable and didn't grab me much. However, that ended up being fine because Every Heart a Doorway is so short, and the characters and worldbuilding are so interesting.
