I liked this book. This duet was heartbreaking but it was also pretty impressive.
I will preface this by admitting I read ahead, so I knew the outcome of this book before I started it, and did give me a bit more patience. In saying that, I understand how this book could be frustrating for others. I’m not sure if the truth needed to be buried so long unless the author deliberately wanted to give you conflicting feelings. As I know, for a lot of people, that cheating is a massive turn off, I have to wonder why this book was structured the way it was.
Still, it’s a lovely duet and one I enjoyed.
