This was a fantastic historical romance. The Tremaine family was everything I could hope a family would be (whatever time period), and the way Elinor shines throughout the story is perfect. Harry seems to be your typical uptight lord, but I quickly learned that he was a lot deeper than that. He and Elinor will make a great couple.
There is a lot of adventure going on for a romance, and it was refreshing to have more to worry about than "will they or won't they." In fact, the lack of romantic drama (lies, faked anything, forced proximity, tarnished reputation) were no where to be seen. I loved it.
