The Decagon House Murders by Yukito Ayatsuji
3.0
dark mysterious slow-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix

I think I like the idea of puzzle mystery novels more than actually reading one. The beginning referred to Agatha Christie one too many times for me. The book literally refers to the Christie novel it is based on and it's a bit too on the nose for me.

Raeleen on the Books Unbound podcast read this one and got me interested but turns out we don't align on taste this time!

Believe me or not but I did guess right on the murderer before reveal! The puzzle is good and the reveal satisfying.
