The Cherry Tree Café
by Heidi Swain
The perfect blend of cupcakes & sewing. Swain's writing has a way of easily transporting you to a new place, I can so easily picture myself sitting at a table in the Cherry Tree Cafe.
This charming vibrant read is filled with a wonderful cast of entertaining, colourful & relatable characters. Lizzie is so 'human' she makes mistakes and doesn't always see what's in front of her and choose the right thing - but we are all guilty of that sometimes aren't we? A few times I wished I should shake her and ask what she was thinking. She is engaging and I instantly found myself rooting that everything would turn out well of her in the end!
If you are on the search for a feel-good book with crafting, cupcakes & friendship at its heart look no further, curl up with a cuppa and get lost in the beautiful village of Wynbridge.
