I love Oscar Wilde's body of work and its quotability. De Profundis is a bit different. It's so sad to read knowing his story. You see the broken spirit of a genius and it depresses me. 3.5 stars for his usual brilliance, a few stars taken away for the melancholy stream of consciousness.
