It's fun, and I enjoyed it. It has the potential to be a great series. I will continue this series to see where it goes. 
The main character Lor is somehow both a strong female lead and a whiny brat who thinks she deserves to know everything immediately. I went back and forth from liking to not liking her throughout the book.
Elements of mystery but foreshadowing is strong so no plot twist, in my opinion. 
The Bachelor meets The Hunger Games meets Big Brother.
