One Step Too Far
by Tina Seskis
Emily walks away from what seems like a wonderful life and reinvents herself as Cat. Her new life is in a seedy environment, a far cry from the upscale background she came from. She seems to be punishing herself but we don’t know why. The why is the story which is told in flashbacks going back as far as the birth of Emily and her twin sister Caroline and in present time told from different viewpoints . Smartly written and raw at times it is an intricately woven plot that will keep you reading and guessing to the end. It is a wonderful beginning for this debut author.
