Cute. Loved seeing some of my favorite literary characters reimagined. At first it was disconcerting to hear them referencing crossfit, selfies, and IUIs. I didn't love that Cincinnati was the main city but thank heavens it was the overused cities of LA or NYC.

I loved Chip and Jane and the treatments for both kitty and Mary. I was saddened that the decision was made for Mr. Bennett and Liz to have a less understanding relationship. He was always one of my favorites.

While I liked the book tremendously and laughed out loud a few times, I think I liked it most because of my ability to compare it to the original. I enjoyed how the author adapted it, however if it hadn't been an adaptation of a beloved story, I'm not sure I would have liked it as much as I did.

I would still recommend it, particularly for Austen fans.
