I enjoyed Iron Flame, tho not as much as I loved Fourth Wing. Iron Flame felt like it could have easily been 2 separate books with what happened. I got really frustrated with the lack of communication primarily between Violet and Xaden and while I enjoyed the spicy scenes on there own, I felt like they came at times where I wanted to know the result of something else that just happened. I enjoyed the action in the story and the character growth. I am really curious and excited for Onyx Storm!
