Dead Ahead by Annie Anderson was a thrilling fifth installment in the grave talkers series. Darby's relationships go through quite the wringer. There were lots of twists and turns that I did not see coming. A crazed blood mage, violent werewolves, and a prince of hell? All of that led to a quickly devoured story for me. I did feel like the Essex plot wasn't fully explored, but I'm looking forward to what will happen next.
