Mama Peltier was like a whole 'nother person. Well, a bigger character with more layers than we were previously exposed to. Makes me wonder how she bullshitted so many. Anywho, I like how many previously, tertiary and further background characters got to shine in this one.

Doing this review way after I read the book because 1) I wasn't on goodreads back then and 2) I'm wondering what this Hellchaser series is that I didn't cop to until it was explicitely stated for the newest book, Son of No One, with characters we've never met.
