After the last book I was starting to worry this series was going downhill like some of James Patterson’s series do.
This book did not disappoint though. It was your usual over the top story about one of my favorite detectives but it was a fantastic story.
Michael Bennett has a hit out on him. The cartel doesn’t like him digging into their business. But Michael Bennett is not an easy man to kill and he will do anything to make sure he stays with his family.
Action packed, fast paced, and the usual mix of work and family time for Michael Bennett. We got a new character who I thought might be a bad guy at first but ended up being a bad ass! This was one of my favorites in the series I think.
