Wow another book on my TBR longer than it should have been 2 years I can not believe I waited that long. I loved this book. I was pulled into their story and was on pins and needles hoping they would make it but there was always something that came between them. That cliffhanger got me and then the time jump for book 2 wow I was gripped.

Again that cliffhanger and also Claire is so manipulative I saw that from the beginning. Macon dealt with a lot on his own for so long and for her to pile everything on him too really bugged me. Also her saying she just wanted him to OD made me want to jump into the book and punch her. I gave this book 4.5 ⭐️ and 1.5 🌶️ their first time was magical but the concession stand was the hottest.

I highly recommend this series. It has made me cry and sometimes we all need a good cry.
