Sasha is a girl who loves to go fast.  She does all things fast.  It will take her new friend Mr. Sloth to show her how to slow down and the amazing things that can be found when you stop to smell the flowers or entice the butterflies.  Another great book by Katy Hudson, which has BIPOC illustrations.
