My daughter wanted me to read her copy of the screenplay before we go see the show in February. I was eager to go ahead and read it, even though I was a little nervous to read a screenplay for the first time since High School! I found it was very easy to get into the story in spite of the differences between a screenplay and a novel.

There are some very emotional parts in this story, so those not familiar with the subject matter should educate themselves and be aware prior to reading or seeing the show. I was impressed with the way this story approached the subject and the view points shown. I can see why it's so widely popular.

I really liked the way the story ended with some perspective of what happened and the choices that were made. I'm even more excited to see the show now!
