3.5 stars - This was a really fun read. I loved this instalove story set in New Orleans. It was so sweet and full of heart. The romance was steamy and the corniness of the characters was funny. The audio was really good. I appreciated the looks at my favorite city throughout the book, and the conversations around immigrant communities and children on immigrants. Since this is an own voices novel it’s even more powerful.
