Unmaking Hunter Kennedy by Anne Eliot

I still loved this book a second time around.

Vere is such a fun and charming main character. The moment when Hunter first meets Vere and Charlie is hilarious. The friendship between Vere and Hunter is so sweet, and they are so cute together. I love how they help each other out with their problems.

Charlie is such an obnoxious character. He is a jerk to Hunter throughout the story. The fact that he thinks Vere should be with Curtis shows what kind of person he is since Curtis is just gross and sleazy. I had a hard time understanding why Vere would like Curtis so much. He didn’t even treat Vere that well.

Overall, I really liked this book. It has a one of my favorite tropes (secret celebrity), and the romance in it is super sweet.
