I’m definitely interested in further exploring this theory and employing it in my own healing journey. This was more of an introduction to the concept and explanation of how it was illuminated to the author through his own work. I’m looking forward to reading “No Bad Parts” by the same author to see if it is more instructional/has more information about applying the theory/therapy.
