This graphic novel was what I need to wrap up my reading in the month of February. This book explored interracial couples, root magic, intergenerational connectedness, LGBTQAI+ in the 60s, single parents, bad partners, gender expression, chosen family, and love. I love reading about Snapdragon and her new love for the anatomy of small mammals. I loved her figuring out the witchcraft in this town and how it is connected to her family. This was a cute book that covered so many topics in such a well-written and designed way. I love it.
