Another solid entry into this series! The second half of the book is certainly more interesting as they star gearing up to solve all the plot elements and finish off the series. 

Wasn't a huge fan of the amnesi  arc. It felt like it made the book drag and didn't seem particularly needed. Without it, might have been a 5 star read, especially as this book is picked up on the action and war effort. Still has many chapters on the political and cultural state of dragons.
