Thank you to Netgalley and Dutton Publishing for a free digital copy in exchange for an honest review. •
Sager, of Final Girls game, is back with this sophomore book. Emma was at camp when her three roommates up and disappeared one night. Fifteen years later, Emma a successful artist is approached by camp owner Franny. The camp is opening back up and Emma is being invited back as a counselor. In alternating time lines, we see Emma’s camp experience up until her roommates disappeared and now at camp while Emma almost sees history repeating itself.

I really enjoyed Final Girls, but felt this one was even better. This book had me turning pages as fast as possible. I needed to know what happened fifteen years ago and I needed to know Emma’s role in all of it. I felt the whole book was tied up nicely. No random loose ends or unanswered questions. I honestly did not find one character unlikable and was rooting for Emma the whole time. •
Highly recommend this book! •
