Actually wasn’t expecting to enjoy this as much as I did.
Sex is talked about in a refreshing way and the characters (who are on opposite sides of sexually experienced) never make the other feel weird about the other’s level of experience.
“Opposites attract” queer romcom
Essentially, Main Character’s aunt passed away and left her store to both her niece (MC) and her friend/roommate/coworker (love interest).
Surprise, it’s actually a sex shop (which also sells kitschy gifts?) The store isn’t doing too well financially, so MC and LI have one month to pay off the stores debts or else everything will be repossessed.
MC knows she can make the store profitable, but LI isn’t willing to change anything about the store since it had so much of the aunts personality.
It’s a happy ending and so many aspects of their relationship felt realistic
