Whoa, this was a lot more fun than I thought it be.

Aydis, our viking lead here, is shunned out of community for basically being gay. You think people are bigots now? Image back then. So she goes on a mission to free a god because she was imprisoned by Zues because that dude is a dick. So we have a fun adventure that eventually splits into two tales but both are equally compelling.

I really liked the dialogue here. Tight and fun, with it not feeling "ancient" because of the time but also cheerful when it needed to be. The art is amazing at points, in others it looks goofy but on purpose. I had no major flaws with this one except maybe too short? I was done too quick and wanted more background to my characters.

overall, volume 2 is needed.
