Loki: Where Mischief Lies is a Loki origin story, following him when he is younger. After Odin sees a vision where Loki will do an evil deed, he is seen down upon and does not get the chances to prove that he can be king just like Thor. After another misstep, he is sent to Midgard to investigate a serious of mysterious murders.

I was personally very excited when this was announced, I love the Loki we have in the MCU and thought this was going to be great. Loki here is on page bisexual (Or pan?) and confirms that he is not attached to either gender. I liked the representation, but I feel like the rest could have been executed so much better. It didn’t feel like a Loki origin story, because he was kinda stupid. It is not clever and exciting like I want a Loki story to be, but more straightforward and kinda… uninteresting? Check out my full video review for more thoughts, but overall I don’t think you are missing much if you don’t pick it up. 3/5 stars.
