Good messages, a strong chemistry between the two main characters, and a healthy teen relationship that was based on respect and love. But, I didn't really believe in psychology aspects of Echo's treatment and the dialogue also started to grate on me by the end. If I had to read "nymph" one more time I thought I may vomit. Later titles in this series are stronger, but I would hand this to older (15+) teens who like emotional, dramatic, contemporary romances. There are some heavy petting scenes but no actual sex.
