The Kingpin of Camelot
by Cassandra Gannon
You need a good time pick me up? You have clicked onto the right book! This story made me laugh out loud, shed a few tears, and get pissed at how callous people can be.
And I loved every second of it. Gwen our heroine is technically good but almost bad, and 100% smarter than the men around her think she is. Which leads her into the dastardly clutches of the Kingpin!
An actual bad guy with a...heart of gold.
Throw in a secret sorceress and a protector who cannot feel but who will fight to the death for those in his family and you have a cast that will steal you away until they get their HEA.
Read it, it is fun. It retells fairy tales in a way that gives you insight into what unfolds when you dig deeper into your favourite heroes and villains.
It can be read as a stand alone, but after you will go searching for the other books in this series. Happy reading!
