Overall, this was a nice story. I liked Ellis’ journey and personal development. And I liked Tal. What I didn’t really like was the heavy focus on the religious stuff. For me, as a non-religious person, it was difficult to relate to that. I can respect the strength and comfort people can find in religion, and that’s great for them, I just can’t imagine ever feeling like that myself. Still, it was interesting to read about the Mormon faith, as I was pretty ignorant about it (to get an idea how ignorant: I watched “Sister Wives” on TLC a few times and that’s about it
